Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Customized Cake and Bake Hub, all our cakes are freshly prepared and customized. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• If cancellation is requested before order confirmation, it may be considered at our discretion.
• Any approved cancellation may be subject to applicable charges.

Refund

• No refunds are provided for confirmed or delivered orders.
• In case of order cancellation approved by us before preparation, any refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after confirmation
• Design or customization preferences
• Delay due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
